Today my guest Mary K. Armstrong, author of Confessions of a Trauma Therapist: A Memoir of Healing and Transformation, tells the story of her own childhood sexual abuse and how she helps others with their trauma.Her book will be available starting tomorrow, April 21st at Chapters Indigo and Amazon.ca. It is $24.95 and $20 at the launch party, with $5 going to Women's College Hospital and a Women Recovering from Abuse Program.
The launch is being held on Wednesday, April 28th at Women's College Hospital at 7 pm. Guest speakers include authors Sylvia Fraser and Michele Landsberg.
